Hotel Darwin is committed to providing our customers with a high level of service. We believe it is our duty to provide our customers with the best quality of service available.

CANCELLATION: All cancellations must be made in writing to functions@thehoteldarwin.com.au at least 2 weeks prior to function date, otherwise the client will forfeit the deposit. During peak period functions in November – December, cancellations must be made no less than 6 weeks prior to function date.

No refund issued:

No refund will be issued if the booking is cancelled on the day of the event.

Non-refundable:

The function cost is non-refundable.

Refunds will ONLY be made payable to the credit card on which the original purchase was made. Refunds will be made within 14 business day(s) from the date of cancellation.
