1. PARTICIPATING VENUES
1.1 Whitfords Brewing Company and The Left Bank, and Hotel Darwin are the first venues where members can earn and redeem rewards. Soon this program
will expand to encompass all participating Marlin Hospitality venues, including, Ravenswood Hotel, Hotel Darwin, and Northbridge Brewing Company.
1.2 Participating venues may change from time to time and we (Marlin Hospitality) will use reasonable endeavours to notify members of any changes.
2. GENERAL
2.1 Individuals can become members by downloading the Loaded Rewards Application (“App”) for compatible smartphones and devices and following the prompts to register and activate the account.
2.2 Each Account requires an independent email address, name, mobile number, postcode and, date of birth. Multiple individuals cannot share one member’s account, credits or benefits.
2.3 Points may only be earned for purchases in venue, made by the individual member.
2.4 Members are unable to change their date of birth in the App. If these details need to be updated members must email info@loadedrewards.com.au
2.5 Providing incorrect member details will negatively affect offers and rewards associated with the account.
2.6 We reserve the right to remove any account believed to be created with invalid information.
2.7 We reserve the right to amend Loaded Rewards at any given time. We will attempt to notify members of changes but shall not be liable in any way for failure to do so.
2.8 By providing your details, verifying your unique email address or mobile phone number, and downloading and/or using a compatible App, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
2.9 By agreeing to the Terms & Conditions, you agree to receive exclusive offers and program information. Members may elect to unsubscribe to communication from the venues at any time.
2.10 Marlin Hospitality (including its employees, contractors, and agents) is not responsible for, and excludes all liability arising in any way out of registration to, and participation in Loaded Rewards, including, but not limited to, any personal injury, negligence, loss, or damage.
2.11 Member cards are not credit cards, not transferable, and cannot be redeemed as cash.
2.12 Any tax liability, or duty arising from a member’s participation in Loaded Rewards, is the responsibility of the member.
2.13 Each Member is responsible for ensuring that the correct number of credits have been added or deducted for each eligible transaction. Members must communicate any apparent discrepancies as soon as possible by emailing info@loadedrewards.com.au
2.14 If credits are mistakenly added to an account, we retain the right to deduct the corresponding points.
2.15 Employees of Marlin Hospitality or participating venues are not allowed to join or participate in Loaded Rewards.
2.16 These Terms & Conditions are subject to change from time to time at the absolute discretion of Marlin Hospitality, who will use reasonable endeavours to notify Members of changes.
2.17 This loyalty scheme may be cancelled at the sole discretion of Marlin Hospitality, with no further obligations owed by either party.
3. MEMBERSHIP AND POINTS
3.1 At participating venues, members earn points on eligible transactions for each $1 spent, as outlined in Section 4.
3.2 Points are redeemable at a rate of 100 points per $1. This means that 100 points are equivalent to $1, which can be used towards purchases in venue.
3.3 Points are valid for 12 months from the date earned, as outlined in the membership table for each tier. Unused points will expire after this period. Loaded Club member’s points do not expire. This may be varied from time to time at the absolute discretion of Marlin Hospitality
3.4 Members must scan the Loaded Rewards App before a purchase is concluded. Failure to scan the App results in no points being credited.
3.5 Functions, events catering, and ticket purchases do not earn loyalty points.
3.6 Points cannot be gained or redeemed on gift card purchases.
3.7 We are not to be held liable for any unauthorised redemption of points by a third party.
3.8 Members can check their points balance at any time through the App, by logging in with their unique email address and password.
4. MEMBERSHIP TIERS
4.1 Tier names and levels as follows:
– Silver member: $0-$2,499: Earn 5 points per $1 spent.
– Gold member: $2,500-$5,999: Earn 7.5 points per $1 spent.
– Platinum member: $6,000+: Earn 10 points per $1 spent.
4.2 Member spending is evaluated every 12 months, commencing from the date of membership enrolment (“Membership Year”). For members enrolled in our previous loyalty schemes, your membership enrolment date is considered as the commencement date of this scheme as it pertains to the venue for which you originally enrolled in that venue’s loyalty scheme.
4.3 Members will retain their membership tier for 12 months from the date of elevation. Silver is the base tier; you will remain in Silver until you qualify for a higher tier or choose to manually remove your account.
For example, if a member is elevated to the Gold tier in July 2024 and subsequently achieves Platinum status in December 2024, the member will be in the Gold tier until December 2024, at which point they will transition to the Platinum tier. The member will then remain in the Platinum tier until December 2025.
4.4 If a member fails to reach the spending threshold for their loyalty tier within the specified timeframe, their tier level will automatically adjust to reflect their spending over the last 12 months. For example, if a member attains Platinum status but does not meet the $6,000+ spending requirement within the specified period, their tier will be adjusted based on their spending during the preceding 12 months. If their spending was between $0 and $2,499, they will be downgraded to Silver. Alternatively, if their spending was between $2,500 and $5,999, they will revert to Gold.
4.5 These tiers and redemption rates are subject to change from time to time at the absolute discretion of Marlin Hospitality.
5. OFFERS AND REWARDS
5.1 Birthday gift, as outlined in membership table, is valid only in the month of your birthday. This will be issued on the 1st of every month. You must be a member before this date to receive your birthday gift.
5.2 Members may receive personalised offers. Hence, one Member’s offer may be different to another.
5.3 Discounts and suppliers are subject to change at any time.
5.4 Rewards and Bonuses indicated in ($) dollar amounts in the membership table, may be provided in equivalent number of points.
5.5 Activity inclusions or exclusive member discounts are not transferable to other members or non-members.
6. ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS
6.1 Occasionally there may be information in the App or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
7. PROHIBITED USES
7.1 In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms & Conditions, you are prohibited from using the App/Service or its content:
7.2 (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, state or local regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.

8.1 All copyright, trademarks, and all other intellectual property rights on the Website and its content (including without limitation the Website design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the Website) are owned by or licensed to Marlin Hospitality as permitted by law. In accessing the Website, you agree that you will access the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold, or distributed without the prior written consent of the copyright holder. This excludes the downloading, copying and/or printing of pages of the Website for personal, non-commercial home use only.
