Q: Can I keep using the old schemes and app?

A: No, existing apps and schemes will no longer be supported, however you are eligible to keep points previously earned if you sign up for Loaded Rewards within the first six months. To continue enjoying benefits & rewards, please download and start using our Loaded Rewards app today!

 

Q: What happens if I provide incorrect member details?

A: Providing incorrect member details will negatively affect offers and rewards associated with the account.

 

Q: My date of birth is incorrect; how do I change it?

A: To update your date of birth, please contact our team at info@loadedrewards.com.au.

 

Q: Why am I not receiving a password reset email?

A: If you’re not receiving a password reset email, please check your spam, or junk folder. If you still haven’t received it, please see our friendly management team in venue, or email info@loadedrewards.com.au.

 

Q: How I earn points with Loaded Rewards?

A: At participating venues;

– Silver member: $0-$2,499: Earn 5 points per $1 spent.

– Gold member: $2,500-$5,999: Earn 7.5 points per $1 spent.

– Platinum member: $6,000+: Earn 10 points per $1 spent.

 

Q: How Can I Redeem Points?

A: Points are redeemable at a rate of 100 points per $1. This means that 100 points are equivalent to $1, which can be used towards purchases in venue.

 

Q: Do my points expire?

A: Yes, points expire after 12 months from the date earned. Unless you are a Loaded Club Member.

 

Q: How do I keep my old points and credit?

A: Members enrolled in our previous schemes, that have been active after June 1, 2023, can have their points transferred to their Loaded Rewards account. Simply download and start using the new app within 6 months from the launch date to ensure your points and credit are retained.

 

Q: How are membership tiers determined?

A: Member spending is evaluated every 12 months, commencing from the date of membership enrolment (“Membership Year”). For members enrolled in our previous loyalty schemes, your membership enrolment date is considered as the commencement date of this scheme as it pertains to the venue for which you originally enrolled in that venue’s loyalty scheme.

Members will retain their membership tier for 12 months from the date of elevation. Silver is the base tier; you will remain in Silver until you qualify for a higher tier or choose to manually remove your account.

For example, if a member is elevated to the Gold tier in July 2024 and subsequently achieves Platinum status in December 2024, the member will be in the Gold tier until December 2024, at which point they will transition to the Platinum tier. The member will then remain in the Platinum tier until December 2025.
